I bring 22 years' experience in website management, business development and operations, so your website is in safe hands.
I personally look after every site we care for. If anything needs attention, it comes straight to me, and I make sure it's sorted. You'll always know exactly who's looking after your website.
Questions
My nephew built my site. Do I still need this?
That's how most sites start. He built it, and we look after it month to month, so you don't need to ring him when something stops working.
My site works fine. Why pay monthly?
The work is ongoing. Updates, backups and checks happen every week, and most problems stay hidden until the day something breaks.
What if something breaks?
We keep daily backups and a copy from before every update. If something goes wrong, we put the last working version back and tell you.
Who will I be dealing with?
Samy. You get one point of contact who knows your site, answers your questions and makes sure the work gets done.
Can I cancel?
Yes. There's no lock-in. Plans are monthly, with one full calendar month's notice and no exit fee.
Do you build new websites or do SEO?
We look after existing WordPress sites and keep the basics healthy. We don't build new sites or run full SEO campaigns, but we're happy to point you to someone who does.
My site isn't WordPress. Can you help?
Not at the moment. We specialise in WordPress and will tell you honestly if we're not the right fit.
Will you change my site without asking?
Only safety updates. Words, photos and design change only when you ask.
